Q. How do we get the keys?
A. We no longer issue keys. Too many guests were leaving our homes unlocked, loosing the keys or failing
to return them. We have installed electronic locks on the front door, you will be issued a code

Q. What time is Check-In and Check-Out?
A. Check-In is 4 P.M. local time. This ensures the villa is professionally cleaned by your arrival. Check-Out is
11A.M. local time.

Q. Is there public transportation near the house/villa?
A. There is a Lynx bus stop at the Lowes/Walmart store. It is about 1 mile from the house.

Q. When do I need to have pool heat and why do I have to pay for it?
A. Typically, we suggest pool heat for stays during the months of October through May. The pool is typically
about 10 degrees below outside temperature. The cost associated with running the pool heater is very
expensive. Think about a 15,000 gallon water heater. During the winter months, it is well worth the
investment. The electric pool heater will make about a 20 degree difference in the water temperature. The
pool heater will automatically shut off once the temperature reaches 86 degrees and will not turn on if the
outside temperature is below 50 degrees.

Q. Do you have a stroller and other baby/toddler items?
A. Yes, we have a crib, high chair, booster seat, regular stroller, umbrella stroller and a 2 seat wagon. We
also have toys, DVDs, books, board games, video games, plastic dishes, plastic cups and themed rooms for
the kids.

Q. I know you said "No Smoking," but what if I do it outside?
A. We will not allow smoking inside any part of the home including the garage. Outside, such as the
driveway is permitted, but you are responsible for cleaning up after yourself. An additional cleaning cost will
be charged to any guests who do not adhere to this rule.

Q. What size coffee pot is available?
A. It's a standard 8 cup machine.

Q. Do you supply linens and blankets?
A. Yes, our home is complete furnished, including towels and bed linens.

Q. Do you have laundry facilities?
A. Yes we do. It's a Super Capacity Plus. You will need to bring detergent, dryer sheets and fabric softner.

Q. Do you sell tickets?
A. We do not sell tickets, I can recommend vendors based on who has the best prices as I do track over 14
ticket vendors plus the parks.

Q. Are pets allowed?
A. Due to our family's severe pet allergies, we do not allow any pets or animal in the home. Check the link
