Security Deposit/Downpayment
For bookings for stays made over 3 months away, a $300 security deposit/downpayment is due within 7
days of booking our home, once availability has been confirmed. Balance will be divided into two payments.
For bookings for stays made 2-3 months away, 50% of full balance is due within 7 days of booking our
home, once availability has been confirmed. Balance is due 2 months prior to arrival.
For bookings for stays made less than 2 months away, full payment is expected within 7 days of booking
our home, once availability has been confirmed.
Refundable Damage Deposit
A $300 refundable damage deposit is due 1 month prior to arrival regardless of length of stay. This is
typically refunded within 3-7 days after departure.
For bookings for stays made over 3 months away, a $300 security deposit/downpayment is due within 7
